TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all purchases from orysqstore.com, operated by ORYSQ (support@orysqstore.com). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. PRODUCTS

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Materials and finishes are stated on each product page. Jewellery is a fashion item: gold-tone finishes and plating can wear over time, so we recommend removing jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or applying perfume or lotions.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout.

3. ORDERS

An order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if a pricing error occurred, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

4. DELIVERY

Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We also offer a 30-day return window as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Where our policy is more generous than the law, our policy applies. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. FAULTY GOODS

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website (text, images, logos and designs) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. LIABILITY

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods.

9. PRIVACY

How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
